We welcome cats & dogs. At Blu South, we do not have any weight restrictions on dogs, but we do have restrictions on breed.

PET TERMS
- Renters insurance is required for all pet owners
- We allow two pets per unit
While we welcome pets here at Blu South, we do have the following breed restrictions.
- Cane Corso
- Pitbull
- Rottweiler
- Akita
- American Bulldog
- Staffordshire Terrier
- Doberman
- Chow Chow
- Wolf Hybrids
- Mastiffs
Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Please see a leasing associate for details.
